Southern comfort with a New Orleans accent. Chef Charles serves creamy grits, biscuits and Andouille gravy, NOLA shrimp and crawfish, slow-braised lamb shank, and a fresh chef special every weekday. Breakfast and lunch, daily from 7:30am.

Mondays bring the slow-simmered red bean treatment, served with cornbread.
