Chef Myron Hartford brings "not your grandmother's" New Orleans plates to St. Roch Market. Fried catfish, St. Roch stuffed bell peppers, Southern fried pork chops, and the NYM Gumbo loaded with shrimp, crab, smoked and hot sausage, and chicken. Mondays get the slow-simmered red bean treatment, served with cornbread.
