The broth is made by boiling a generous assortment of veggies, chicken, and shrimp for several days, resulting in deeply infused flavors. Choice of rice noodles or egg noodles. Garnished with half of a boiled egg, tofu, bean sprouts, cucumbers, onions, lime, wonton chip, and spicy apple blend sauce for dipping
