The Verrett
Sean "Doeboy" Verrett's Manhattan riff, aged down in an oak barrel behind our bar with WhistlePig PiggyBack 6 Year Rye. You can't get this anywhere else, and when the barrel's done, it's done.

We're starting with something you can't get anywhere else: our bartender Sean "Doeboy" Verrett's Manhattan riff, aged down in an oak barrel behind our bar with WhistlePig PiggyBack 6 Year Rye.
Then we get into the tastings. First you taste what the grain does. Then you taste what the years do. Three whiskeys from the same house back to back, built on three different grains, followed by two bottles that spent a decade and a half getting where they're going.
WhistlePig's people will be here the whole night to tell you what you're drinking and why. They're bringing swag.

Three whiskeys from the same house, built on three different grains. Same distiller, same philosophy, three completely different drinks. You'll taste exactly what the grain does: a real lesson in mash builds, tasted side by side.
The wheat build. Softer and rounder than the rye: the baseline you'll measure the next two against.
The corn build. Same house, same ten years, entirely different shape in the glass.
The rye that started the whole rye revival. The reference bottle, and the one we come back to in Act Three.
We pour these two alongside the 10 Year you just had, so you can taste a decade and a half of difference in one sitting.
Three wine casks, one rye. Where the finish starts doing as much work as the grain.
Fifteen years, finished in oak cut from WhistlePig's own farm in Vermont. The top of the night.
Not a rep dropping bottles off at the door. Their people are staying the whole night to walk you through what's in the glass and why it tastes the way it does: the mash bills, the barrels, the farm in Vermont.
They're bringing swag, too.
Seats are limited and this one won't repeat. Once the barrel's empty, it's empty.
